We develop the spatial, material and structural direction of the building, prepare the required drawings and coordinate relevant engineers and consultants. Each project is considered through the realities of concrete construction—not as an idea to be resolved later on site.

Advisory services are available to homeowners, developers, designers and project teams requiring focused input at a particular stage.
The scope is shaped around the project. It may include a review of an early proposal, concrete buildability and material advice, planning for future stages, coordination for a heritage-sensitive site, review during construction or preparation of as-built documentation.
Where specialist planning, heritage or engineering advice is required, we work with and coordinate the appropriate consultants.
Advice may be provided as a defined review or as ongoing involvement through selected stages of the project.
