Residential Concrete Projects
Concrete Safe House
A concrete home designed and built with durability, security and privacy in mind.
The client wished for an oasis of peace, and with the increase in home burglaries he wanted to ensure safety for himself and his family. His house is equipped with a variety of external and internal security features.
Thick concrete walls, internal insulation, triple-toughened window glazing, a geothermal system and solar panels make the house extremely energy-saving, efficient and sustainable. Comfortable during winter or summer – thanks to the unique design – the house maintains a constant chosen temperature and heating and cooling costs are minimal.
Japanese Concrete Minimalism
This contemporary off-form concrete house was inspired by Japanese architecture. A durable concrete house built with minimalist fundamentals and modern elegance.
Higher earthquake and fire resistance. Passive house properties, due to wall thickness, insulation, efficient ventilation and heat recovery.
Residential Brutalism
Residential brutalist design. Functionality, simplicity and sustainability were the three main objectives.
Gas hydronic heating, heated flooring and high insulation make this house warm and cosy during dark and cold winter days. At the same time, thanks to wall thickness, triple glazing and clever interior flow, this concrete home stays cooler for longer during scorching summers.
This home is a low maintenance project – a concrete house is resistant to corrosion, mould, extreme weather conditions and does not need to be painted every few years.
