I have been in this industry for more than 35 years and have worked on more than 100 commercial and residential projects.
Concrete has been a material that has always appealed to me. It is a material that is magical… moving from a liquid to a solid that forms walls, domes, curvaceous seats and statues.
... limited only by our imagination.
Its natural properties are amazing: durable… fire resistant... thermally and acoustically insulating... impact resistant...
If designed and formed correctly, elegant simple structures can be produced.
A Classic example is the Pantheon in Rome (120 AD), a massivea massive concrete domed rotunda of 142 feet diameter, it stands as the largest un-reinforced concrete roof in the world.
I design simple and elegant concrete forms using complementary materials.

Pairoje (M) supports the design process at COAD88 CONCRETE, assisting with architectural drawings and design development.

Pairoje Wangsangwopanie (M) works with the COAD88 CONCRETE team as a designer and documenter, supporting the development of drawings and design ideas for bespoke concrete homes.
He began his studies with a degree in Business, developing an interest in systems, coordination and project organisation within the construction industry. Wanting to move closer to the creative and technical side of building, he continued his education in building and interior design, studying in Australia and the United States.
At COAD88 CONCRETE, Pairoje works closely with the design and construction team to develop concepts into carefully considered, clearly documented and buildable homes.
Rachana Radhakrishna
Building Designer & Project Coordinator
Rachana supports COAD88 CONCRETE projects through design drawings, documentation and coordination—from early design development through to construction.

Rachana Radhakrishna is a Designer and Project Coordinator at COAD88 CONCRETE.
She assists with design drawings, site visits and site measurements, helping ensure each design is accurately developed and prepared for construction. Rachana also supports project documentation and coordinates information required for planning approvals and building permits.
Working across the design and construction stages, she helps keep drawings, documents and site information carefully organised so each project progresses smoothly.
Michael Ostoja-Solecki
Project Manager
Michael coordinates COAD88 CONCRETE projects on site, supporting trades, construction progress and quality from commencement through to completion.

Michael Ostoja-Solecki is a Project Manager at COAD88 CONCRETE, working across the construction of bespoke concrete homes in Melbourne.
He coordinates day-to-day site operations, trades and construction progress, helping ensure each project remains organised and carefully managed. With a practical, hands-on approach, Michael works closely with the wider team to maintain clear communication between the design, documentation and construction stages.
His role focuses on keeping construction progressing efficiently while maintaining the workmanship and quality expected across COAD88 CONCRETE projects.
